Automatic Co2 Cured Cold Box Core Shooters

This type of core shooters are supplied with CO2 gassing system which includes Flow meter, regulator, pressure gauge as well as manifold systems. Phenolic based resin is used as binder which is mixed in silica sand which is shot into the cavity of core box and cured by CO2 gas to produce cores. CO2 core shooters can be manufactured in vertical, horizontal or universal.
