It is high productivity machine. Machine has provision of mounting three core boxes at a time. It is primararily consist of shooting, gassing and ejection station. Three core boxes continuously rotates and under goes operations one by one. Cores can be collected from ejection station.

Rotary mechanism is operated by means of chain drive ,gear box and brake motor arrangement. Operation of the machine is controlled by means of PLC with display unit. Models can be operated pneumatically or hydraulically. Models are available in various types.
