Galaxy Sand Automation system is used to convey mixed sand to hoppers of various machines in automatic manner. Pneumatic conveying systems or bucket elevators are used to convey raw sand from ground to main silo. From main silo sand is transferred to weighing system which is discharged into sand Mixer. Required quantity of Binders is added into raw sand and mixed into mixer. This sand mix then transferred into sand discharge trolley, Trolley moves on tracks and discharges sandmix into the hoppers of machine .
